    Happy Halloween

    1。上上周末在山姆叔叔家吃火锅,好久没吃羊肉了,好吃死了。秋天到,贴秋膘~~
     
    2。上周末,成功制作法式超软甜面包。
     
    3。这周末,去了教堂山的号称有8万人的万圣节大游行。出门前,俺的巫婆装。结果太热了,后来都脱掉了。
    另外一只鬼~能看出问题不?
    游行中,很开眼~~ 可惜相机太菜。。

    面粉2杯,牛奶1杯,糖1/3杯,盐1tsp,黄油2tbs,鸡蛋1个,蜂蜜适量,酵母7g
    1。酵母放温水里溶解充分发酵(一点点水就够,水温不能超过40c,否则酵母会死掉)
    2。其他所有东西放盆里打均匀,倒入酵母水,盖盖or保鲜膜,放置温暖处发酵之两百大。
    3。揉面,将空气拍出,制作成想要的形状,可卷入cheese,豆沙or其他填料,入烤盘,再次放置温暖处发酵至2-3倍大。
    4。烤箱425F预热,烤20分钟。
    5。冷了再吃~~
